By completing a purchase on the As She Stewards website, you (“the Buyer”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final – No Refunds, No Exchanges

Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital products and subscription access, all sales are final. Once a product is delivered or access is granted, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.

This policy applies to but is not limited to:

Digital downloads (eBooks, templates, workbooks, courses, PDFs, toolkits, etc.)
Subscription-based content or services (memberships, exclusive access, recurring digital delivery, etc.)

2. Chargeback Policy

By purchasing from our store, you agree to waive any rights to initiate chargeback claims with your bank or credit card provider for delivered digital goods or services.

Any chargebacks initiated on valid purchases will be contested with full evidence, including but not limited to:

IP logs showing product access or download
Purchase confirmation and invoice records

Fraudulent chargebacks or misuse of payment platforms will result in the immediate revocation of access and may lead to legal action.

3. Subscription Terms

All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified at checkout. You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. Product Access & Delivery

Upon purchase, digital products are delivered immediately via email or through account access/download link. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct email address is provided at checkout and that all download links are accessed in a timely manner.

5. Customer Support

If you encounter any issues with access or download, please contact our support team at [hello@asshestewards.com] within 7 days of purchase. We are happy to assist with technical issues but are unable to offer refunds under any condition.
